GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING
The second regular General Assembly of our Parish for the year 2017 will take place on Monday, November 13, 2017 at the St. Irene Hall. The meeting will start at 7:00pm. The agenda has been mailed to all our parishioners.
Please try to attend. The presence and participation of every member of our Community is very important. In our 50th Year as a Church, we have the resolve to see our Community’s transformative building projects to fruition. Also, get to hear and have input as to the wonderful ministries and programs which are crucial to our community, now and in the future. If there is no quorum, it will be automatically rescheduled one week later.
2017 Stewardship must be current prior to start of the meeting. This is an opportunity to voice your opinion and express your vote.
ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΝΟΡΙΑΣ
Η Δεύτερη Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση του έτους θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Δευτέρα 13 Νοεμβρίου 2017, στις 7:00 το απόγευμα, στην Αίθουσα της Αγίας Ειρήνης. Τα θέματα προς συζήτηση έχουν σταλεί ταχυδρομικώς σε όλους τους ενορίτες. Πριν την έναρξη της Συνελεύσεως, πρέπει να έχει τακτοποιηθεί η Συνεισφορά των συμμετεχόντων για το 2017.
Η παρουσία των μελών της Ενορίας είναι απαραίτητη. Καθώς γιορτάζουμε τα 50 χρόνια της Εκκλησίας μας, ελπίζουμε σύντομα να δούμε την συνέχιση των κτιριακών ανακαινίσεων. Έχετε την ευκαιρία να εκφέρετε τη γνώμη σας και την ψήφο σας. Ακόμη, θα έχετε τη δυνατότητα να ακούσετε για όλα τα προγράμματα των οργανισμών της ενορίας μας. Σε περίπτωση μη απαρτίας η Γενική Συνέλευση θα επαναληφθεί την ερχομένη εβδομάδα.
